MLO Mechanical Lift-Off Solutions
Developed as a breakthrough solution to support newly developed flexible substrate processes, Eclat Forever Machinery has introduced a new mechanical lift-off system, known as MLO (Mechanical Lift-Off).
The MLO system is primarily designed for PI film-based flexible display and electronic products, utilizing a mechanical delamination method to lift and separate ultra-thin PI flexible panels. This equipment is applied to the separation of PI flexible film panels formed on glass substrates.
When integrated with an automatic film stripping and lamination machine, the system immediately applies a protective film after separating the PI film from the glass, ensuring product integrity and quality throughout the process.
