Compensation and Benefits
According to Article 29 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, when the Company has profits in a given fiscal year, 2% to 15% of such profits shall be allocated as employee compensation, of which 5% to 30% shall be distributed to frontline employees. The Company places great importance on employee rights and interests by establishing a comprehensive compensation system and implementing a Performance Evaluation Management System to motivate employees to leverage their strengths, enhance performance, and grow together with the Company.

Education, Training, and Implementation
To enhance employees’ skills and competencies and expand the effective utilization of human
resources, the Company has established Employee Education and Training Regulations to support
continuous professional growth. The Company’s training programs include new employee orientation,
professional training, and occupational safety and health management training. In addition to
internal courses, employees are also encouraged to participate in external training programs,
ensuring appropriate training opportunities at different stages of career development.
The Company’s training programs include the following:
- New Employee Training
On the first day of employment, new hires receive training on corporate culture, organizational background, work rules, employee benefits, important notices, and workplace environment, enabling them to gain a fundamental understanding of the Company. - On-the-job Training
This training aims to develop employees’ professional skills, knowledge, and management capabilities in their respective roles. - Professional Skills Training
Employees are assigned to relevant institutions for training as needed to obtain professional certifications and qualifications.
Retirement System and Implementation Status
The Company established a Labor Pension Reserve Supervisory Committee in November 1997, contributing to the labor pension reserve in accordance with the law and implementing an employee retirement plan. The Supervisory Committee oversees the use of the pension reserve, with monthly contributions deposited into a designated account at the Bank of Taiwan. As of December 31, 2024, the accumulated balance of the pension reserve account amounted to NT$27,404 thousand.
Labor-Management Agreements and Employee Rights Protection
To listen to employees’ opinions and feedback, the Company holds quarterly labor-management meetings, welfare committee meetings, and conducts periodic consultations with employee representatives. These mechanisms enable employees to freely express their views, facilitating two-way and effective communication to achieve a win-win outcome for both labor and management.

Workplace Environment, Occupational Safety and Health Management
The Company places great importance on employees’ health and safety. A full-time occupational health nurse is employed to provide labor health services. In addition to conducting employee health examinations every two years, the Company regularly organizes occupational safety and health training programs to cultivate employees’ emergency response capabilities and correct safety awareness, thereby reducing accidents and losses caused by unsafe behaviors. The Company also provides employee reading areas and nursing rooms in meeting spaces to create a supportive working environment. The Company obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in November 2017.
- Employee Safety
To safeguard employee safety, the Company implements on-site security management and has installed comprehensive security systems. Access control and surveillance cameras are installed at all external entrances to prevent unauthorized intrusion and ensure employee safety. - Employee Personal Data Protection
In protecting employees’ personal data, the Company has established a “Personal Data Protection Management Policy” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and its Enforcement Rules. The management department, in coordination with relevant units, assists employees and departments in implementing these measures to ensure the security and proper management of personal data.
In 2025, there were no incidents of employee personal data leakage. - Occupational Accidents
Eclat Forever Machinery Co., Ltd. has established procedures for occupational injury reporting and employee care. In the event of injuries caused by disasters or accidents, emergency medical assistance and treatment are provided in accordance with established procedures, followed by investigation, analysis, and documentation of the incident causes. After the investigation, corrective and preventive measures are implemented and their effectiveness is tracked. In addition to statutory labor protections, the Company provides group insurance medical coverage to ensure a safe and secure working environment. - Fire Safety Drills
To enhance fire safety management, the Company regularly conducts self-defense fire brigade training and emergency evacuation drills to strengthen fire prevention and evacuation awareness. Fire safety equipment inspections are also implemented to ensure proper operation and public safety. Every November, the Bade Qiedong Fire Brigade of Taoyuan City is invited to conduct on-site fire drills at the Company.
Management units conduct fire drills and assign employees to participate in fire safety training to enhance emergency response capabilities. - Occupational Safety and Health Training
The Company regularly conducts workplace safety and health training, including self-defense fire training, general occupational safety and health training, hazardous chemical labeling and general rules, prevention of workplace violence, on-the-job safety training, and fire safety training programs in 2024.
In 2025, the Company recorded zero fire incidents and zero casualties. - Regular On-Site Work Environment Monitoring
The Company conducts on-site work environment monitoring twice a year to assess actual working conditions and employee exposure levels. Monitoring ensures that exposure concentrations comply with regulatory standards and protects employees from harmful substances. Based on monitoring results, workplace improvements are implemented to provide a safe and healthy working environment, thereby enhancing corporate competitiveness. All work environments involving chemical or physical hazards comply with regulations set by the central competent authority. - Health Examination and Management
The Company conducts physical examinations upon employment to ensure appropriate job placement, protect employee health, and prevent unsuitable workers from engaging in hazardous tasks. Basic health records are established, and current employees receive annual health examinations exceeding statutory requirements. - Four Major Occupational Health Programs
Through hazard identification and assessment of the work environment, workforce composition, and operational activities, the Company analyzes ergonomic risk factors and disease risk control levels. These measures aim to prevent workplace violence, diseases caused by abnormal workloads, and musculoskeletal injuries, while protecting the health of female workers and infants (including unborn children) through the implementation of four major occupational health programs.
