Intellectual Property Management Program
The Company is committed to the development of wet process equipment with high quality and market
competitiveness. Intellectual property rights are important assets cultivated through the Company’s
operational management and investments in research and development technologies, including patents,
trademarks, and trade secrets.
In order to safeguard the value of the Company’s intellectual property, this Intellectual Property
Management Plan is hereby established as a supporting management framework for the Company’s
operational objectives, with the aim of enhancing and maintaining industrial competitiveness,
proprietary technologies, and the proper deployment of intellectual property rights related to
products and technological achievements.
1. Protective Measures
- (1) Trademarks
The Company regularly reviews the usage status of registered trademarks to assess the necessity of continued maintenance, and observes future corporate development plans to proactively apply for registration of new trademarks. - (2) Trade Secret Protection
A. Personnel Management:
Personnel management covers current employees, former employees, external vendors, and consultants. Implementation measures include contract execution (such as confidentiality agreements), access control, and personnel education and training to enhance awareness of trade secret protection.
B. Information Security Management:
Regulations are established for the labeling, access control, storage, transmission, and destruction of confidential information, along with inventory and classification of such information. This also includes controls over personnel who access various types of information, access rights, methods, circulation, and the establishment of relevant operational procedures.
C. Environmental Control:
Including visitor access registration and security patrols within the factory premises.
D. Implementation of Confidentiality Mechanisms:
The Company signs confidentiality agreements with employees, including obligations regarding data return upon resignation and confidentiality responsibilities. - (3) Patent and Trademark Management
Patent and trademark strategies are formulated in alignment with the Company’s operational objectives, including application deployment, search and analysis, and case management.
2. Implementation Status
Regarding intellectual property management, the Company’s major implementation activities in recent years are as follows:
- (1)In 2024, regular and ad hoc reviews were conducted with intellectual property firms to assess the application and maintenance status of trademarks and patents.
- (2)Acquisition of Intellectual Property Inventory and Achievements:
A. Patents:
As of September 30, 2025, the Company has a total of 46 registered and published patents worldwide.
B. Trademarks:
As of September 30, 2025, the Company has a total of 2 registered and published trademarks worldwide.
3. Outlook on Intellectual Property Management
For the Company, intellectual property rights not only demonstrate technological development
capabilities but also create opportunities for strategic alliances, enhance overall competitiveness,
and earn customer trust and recognition. Particularly in the development of new technologies or
products, patent deployment within relevant fields is essential to mitigate potential intellectual
property risks.
The Company aims to continuously increase patent application capabilities across various fields and
strengthen technological patent布局, while continuously optimizing implementation, enhancing employee
awareness of confidentiality, and carrying out corrective improvement measures to further strengthen
intellectual property management.
