Within the process tanks, multi-level spray designs and roller brush systems are employed to effectively remove unwanted photoresist and fine particles. Residual stripping chemicals are further eliminated through a combination of liquid cutting, medium-pressure rinsing, dual-fluid cleaning, and circulating water washing, ensuring complete removal of unnecessary stripping residues.
From a safety and design perspective, the equipment is engineered in accordance with customer-provided chemical MSDS specifications and operating temperature requirements, and can be integrated with explosion-proof system designs as required by the process. Careful consideration is given to material selection and structural design, which are critical factors in equipment manufacturing.
