Human Rights Policy
The Company complies with applicable laws and regulations and adheres to internationally recognized
human rights standards. We acknowledge and support the principles of human rights protection and
fundamental values set forth in international human rights conventions, including the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding
Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization (ILO)
conventions.
Accordingly, the Company has established this Human Rights Policy to respect and safeguard the
rights protected under these conventions, and the Policy is publicly disclosed on the Company’s
website.

The Company strictly prohibits any form of human rights violations, including forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and sexual harassment.
