Human Rights Policy

The Company complies with applicable laws and regulations and adheres to internationally recognized human rights standards. We acknowledge and support the principles of human rights protection and fundamental values set forth in international human rights conventions, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
Accordingly, the Company has established this Human Rights Policy to respect and safeguard the rights protected under these conventions, and the Policy is publicly disclosed on the Company’s website.


Policy Guidelines

  1. Freedom of Association
    The Company respects employees’ rights to form and join various associations and organizations. We encourage legitimate and diverse activities to promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.
  2. Prohibition of Human Rights Violations and Equal Opportunity
    The Company strictly prohibits any form of human rights violations, including forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and sexual harassment. We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equal-opportunity workplace and prohibit discrimination or differential treatment of employees in any form.
    Discrimination is prohibited on the basis of gender (including sexual orientation), race, nationality, social status, age, marital status, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, place of birth, appearance, facial features, blood type, zodiac sign, physical or mental disability, or any other protected characteristic.
    Through these measures, the Company ensures respect for workplace human rights and provides a dignified and equitable working environment.
  3. Fair Compensation and Equal Pay
    The Company ensures that employee compensation is not differentiated based on gender or sexual orientation. Employees performing the same work or work of equal value shall receive equal pay.
    Differences in compensation based on seniority, rewards and disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, or other legitimate factors unrelated to gender or sexual orientation are not considered discriminatory.

  5. Labor Rights and Communication Mechanisms
    The Company values and manages issues related to employee labor rights. Through collective bargaining, regular labor–management meetings, and employee grievance and suggestion channels, we facilitate effective communication between labor and management, thereby safeguarding and enhancing employee rights and interests.
