Established in 1994, the company has accumulated extensive experience and technical capabilities in the fields of wet process equipment and automated systems. To address the evolving technology trends of 5G communications, AI-driven high-performance computing, and high-speed data transmission, Eclat Forever Machinery is actively engaged in the development of next-generation process equipment for high-end FC-BGA substrates.
By providing clean wet process equipment capable of fine-line and narrow-pitch applications, vertical frame-type processing systems designed for ultra-thin substrates, and dedicated peeling equipment for high-adhesion PI films, we strongly support stable mass production and yield enhancement in advanced applications such as ABF substrates and embedded passive components.
Comprehensive Customer Support System
To strengthen local service capabilities and ensure rapid customer support, Eclat Forever Machinery established its Kunshan factory in China in 2012 and completed an expansion project in 2021. This enables an integrated service structure covering equipment manufacturing through after-sales support.
In addition, we actively promote advanced equipment customization and factory-wide integrated solutions, supporting a wide range of advanced application fields including 5G communications, AI high-speed computing, medical X-ray sensing, semiconductor packaging (FC-BGA / TGV), flexible displays, and roll-to-roll glass processing.
