Whistleblower System
To implement the Company’s Code of Ethical Conduct and Ethical Corporate Management Principles, the Company encourages the reporting of any illegal conduct or conduct in violation of the Code of Ethical Conduct or the Ethical Corporate Management Principles. The purpose of this system is to establish internal and external reporting channels and handling procedures, while ensuring the lawful rights and interests of both whistleblowers and the reported parties.

Based on the principle of integrity, when submitting a report, please provide the whistleblower’s
contact address, telephone number, and email address, and clearly and specifically describe the
reported matter together with concrete evidence available for investigation.
At the same time, personnel handling whistleblowing cases shall provide written declarations to
maintain the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s personal data, privacy, and the content of the
report. The Company also commits to protecting whistleblowers from any improper treatment as a
result of making a report.
Please also be advised that if false or untrue information is intentionally provided, or if the report constitutes false accusation, the whistleblower shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
