Design Concept

In response to global trends in energy conservation and environmental protection, and to help improve customer product yield, Eclat Forever Machinery made a significant investment and collaborated with European technology partners to develop UV LED exposure systems, replacing conventional high-energy-consumption mercury lamp exposure machines.
This development addresses long-standing limitations of traditional exposure systems, including photomask thermal expansion and contraction, short lamp lifetime, and high energy consumption. In addition to improvements in the light source, substantial enhancements have been made to the overall machine design. Through a fully enclosed structure and automatic exposure system specifications, the equipment achieves high precision, high cleanliness, and high throughput, while offering simple and rapid maintenance.
The UV LED exposure systems incorporate multiple proprietary patented designs. Compared to conventional mercury lamp exposure machines, the use of UV LED exposure technology reduces energy and consumable consumption by up to 85%, significantly enhancing customer competitiveness.
