Implementation of Ethical Management

To establish a corporate culture of ethical management and promote the Company’s sound and sustainable development, as well as to provide a reference framework for proper business operations, the relevant policies were revised and approved by the Board of Directors in December 2020.
The “Corporate Sustainability Promotion Task Force” assists the Board of Directors and management in reviewing and evaluating whether the preventive measures established for ethical corporate management are effectively implemented, and regularly prepares reports assessing compliance with relevant business processes.
The Company has stipulated the following provisions in its “Ethical Corporate Management Principles”:

  1. Prohibition of offering or accepting improper benefits
  2. Prohibition of facilitation payments, bribery, and acceptance of bribes
  3. Handling of political contributions, charitable donations, and sponsorships
  4. Conflict of interest avoidance
  5. Organization and responsibilities of confidentiality mechanisms (including intellectual property rights)
  6. Prohibition of unfair competition practices
  7. Prevention of harm to stakeholders arising from products or services
  8. Prohibition of insider trading and enforcement of confidentiality agreements
