Eclat Forever Company was founded in June 1994, specializing in making touch panel, liquid crystal display (LCD), plasma display panel (PDP), printed circuit board (PCB) and other related production equipment. The equipment produced by the Company has been sold at home and abroad, receiving consistent recognition and affirmation from users.

In order to improve the quality of equipment and technology, the Company has particularly expanded research & development and the scale of the biotech sector. Since 2001, the Company has been committed to the R&D and production of machines on LCD, Color Filter, TFT-LCD, PDP, OLED, Touch Panel, PCB, ABF carrier board, TGV.
The Company signed a technical cooperation agreement with Japan's MICRO Company in 2005. By the help of Japan's technical expertise, we are able to combine the market demand and speed up the production and R & D capacities in the field of large panel design. Consequently, on such a solid foundation, we can achieve steady quality and make breakthroughs.

In order to meet the new challenges of the 21st century, the Company has invested over hundred million NT dollars in the construction of an area of approximately 4,000 m2, a floor space of approximately 5,000m2 in a modern new plant, in which also includes a clean room with an area of 850m2 in line with the level of CLASS 10,000 as a venue for machine manufacturing process. In addition, the Company obtained the ISO 9001 certification in December 1999; in November 2002, achieved ISO-9001 certification in 2000 edition. In cooperation with hardware and software, plus humanized, efficient management, the Company has increasingly enhanced the equipment quality to further refinement and improvement.

In response to the flourishing Chinese market in recent years, in 2012 the Kunshan plant of Eclat Forever Company was officially opened with a brandnew plant covering an area of approximately 30,000m2. At the same time, in cooperation with customers' process, the Company is to actively integrate upstream and downstream equipment to make developments and seek optimizing equipment by offering a complete solution for a variety of the processes of a whole plant, which meet the needs of customers in a one-stop purchasing. In views of the future, the Company will not only actively cooperate with customers in research development of advanced semiconductor, solar energy , LCD rear modules, optical applications, testing equipment and roll-to-roll flexible glass, and other external peripherals, but also enhance the localization in the direction of home-made capability; meanwhile, the Company is to expand the China market as well as European, American and Japanese markets in the pursuit of the sustainable management and development.
