Stripping Solution
Eclat Forever Machinery provides high-performance stripping equipment featuring
advanced process technologies, designed to deliver excellent uniformity and
operational stability. This solution supports the use of alkaline solvents, organic
solvents, and inorganic solvents, enabling flexible adaptation to various process
requirements.
Within the process tanks, multi-level spray designs and roller brush systems are
employed to effectively remove unwanted photoresist and fine particles. Residual
stripping chemicals are further eliminated through a combination of liquid cutting,
medium-pressure rinsing, dual-fluid cleaning, and circulating water washing,
ensuring complete removal of unnecessary stripping residues.
From a safety and design perspective, the equipment is engineered in accordance with
customer-provided chemical MSDS specifications and operating temperature
requirements, and can be integrated with explosion-proof system designs as required
by the process. Careful consideration is given to material selection and structural
design, which are critical factors in equipment manufacturing.
